• 本規約は、本アプリの無料の機能と、定期購入「ClockLog Pro」（以下「Pro」）のすべてに適用されます。本アプリをお使いになった時点、または Pro を購入した時点で、本規約に同意したものとみなします。同意いただけない場合は、本アプリを使わないでください。
• App Store から入手した本アプリには、Apple の標準の使用許諾契約（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）も適用されます。本規約と Apple の定めが異なる場合、App Store での購入と支払いについては Apple の定めが優先します。

• These Terms apply to all free features of the App and to the ClockLog Pro subscription (“Pro”). By using the App or purchasing Pro, you are deemed to have agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
• Apple’s standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to the App obtained from the App Store. Where these Terms and Apple’s terms differ, Apple’s terms prevail for purchases and payments made through the App Store.

• 본 약관은 본 앱의 무료 기능과 정기 구독 “ClockLog Pro”(이하 “Pro”) 전체에 적용됩니다. 본 앱을 이용하거나 Pro를 구매한 시점에 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다. 동의하지 않는 경우 본 앱을 이용하지 마십시오.
• App Store에서 받은 본 앱에는 Apple의 표준 사용권 계약(Licensed Application End User License Agreement)도 적용됩니다. 본 약관과 Apple의 규정이 다른 경우, App Store를 통한 구매와 결제에 대해서는 Apple의 규정이 우선합니다.

• 本条款适用于本应用的全部免费功能及订阅服务“ClockLog Pro”（以下简称“Pro”）。您使用本应用或购买 Pro，即视为同意本条款。如不同意，请勿使用本应用。
• 从 App Store 获取的本应用，同时适用 Apple 的标准许可协议（Licensed Application End User License Agreement）。本条款与 Apple 的规定不一致时，就通过 App Store 进行的购买和付款，以 Apple 的规定为准。

本アプリは、職場に着いた時刻と職場を出た時刻をご自身の iPhone の中に記録し、ご自身で確かめたり、必要なときに報告書として第三者に見せたりするための、ご本人用の記録の道具です。

本アプリは、勤怠管理・シフト管理・給与計算のためのアプリではありません。会社に提出する正式な勤怠の記録の代わりになるものではなく、給与の計算を代わりに行うものでもありません。

The App records, on your own iPhone, the times you arrive at and leave your workplace, so that you can check them yourself and, when needed, show them to others as a report. It is a personal record-keeping tool.

The App is not a time-and-attendance, shift-management, or payroll app. It does not replace your employer’s official attendance records, and it does not calculate your pay on your behalf.

본 앱은 직장에 도착한 시각과 직장을 나선 시각을 본인의 iPhone 안에 기록하여, 스스로 확인하거나 필요할 때 보고서로 제3자에게 보여 주기 위한 본인용 기록 도구입니다.

본 앱은 근태 관리·근무표 관리·급여 계산 앱이 아닙니다. 회사에 제출하는 공식 근태 기록을 대신하지 않으며, 급여 계산을 대신해 주지도 않습니다.

本应用将您到达工作地点和离开工作地点的时间记录在您自己的 iPhone 中，供您自行核对，或在需要时以报告的形式出示给他人。它是供本人使用的记录工具。

本应用不是考勤管理、排班管理或工资计算应用。它不能代替提交给公司的正式考勤记录，也不代您计算工资。

• 本アプリが記録するのは「職場にいた時間」です。働いた時間そのものではありません。休憩や私用の外出などは、ご自身で差し引いてください。
• 自動の記録は、iPhone の位置情報の仕組み（登録した職場の周りの円に出入りしたことを iOS が知らせる仕組み）を使います。職場を出たことの検知は、数分から十数分遅れることがあります。そのため本アプリは、職場を出た時刻を「職場にいたことを確認できた最後の時刻」として記録します。
• 職場の円の大きさは、実用上おおむね 100 m 以上です。同じ建物の別の階や、隣り合う建物は区別できません。
• 端末の電源が切れていた、位置情報の許可が変わった、電波や電池の状態、iOS の動作などにより、記録が遅れたり、記録されなかったりすることがあります。記録できなかった期間は画面と報告書に表示しますが、すべての欠落を検知できることは保証しません。
• 「着いた」「出た」のボタンで付けた記録は、位置情報を使わない、ご本人の申告としての記録です。あとから足した記録や直した時刻とともに、自動の記録とは区別して表示します。
• 端末の時刻は利用者が変えられるため、本アプリの記録は、改ざんされていないことを証明するものではありません。

• The App records the time you were at your workplace, not the time you actually worked. Please deduct breaks, personal errands, and similar time yourself.
• Automatic recording uses iPhone’s location features (iOS notifies the App when you enter or leave a circle around your registered workplace). Detection of leaving can be delayed by several minutes to more than ten minutes. For this reason, the App records the time you left as “the last time you were confirmed to be at the workplace.”
• In practice, the workplace circle needs to be about 100 m or larger. The App cannot distinguish different floors of the same building or neighboring buildings.
• Records may be delayed or missed when your device is turned off, when location permission changes, or because of signal, battery, or iOS behavior. The App shows periods it could not record on screen and in reports, but it does not guarantee that every gap is detected.
• Records made with the “Arrived” and “Left” buttons do not use location; they are your own declarations. They are shown separately from automatic records, together with records you added or times you corrected later.
• Because users can change the device clock, the App’s records do not prove that they have not been altered.

• 본 앱이 기록하는 것은 “직장에 있었던 시간”입니다. 실제로 일한 시간 그 자체가 아닙니다. 휴게 시간이나 개인 용무로 외출한 시간 등은 직접 빼 주십시오.
• 자동 기록은 iPhone의 위치 정보 기능(등록한 직장 주변의 원에 들어가거나 나온 것을 iOS가 알려 주는 기능)을 사용합니다. 직장을 나선 것의 감지는 몇 분에서 십수 분 늦어질 수 있습니다. 그래서 본 앱은 직장을 나선 시각을 “직장에 있었음이 확인된 마지막 시각”으로 기록합니다.
• 직장 원의 크기는 실용상 약 100m 이상입니다. 같은 건물의 다른 층이나 이웃한 건물은 구별할 수 없습니다.
• 기기 전원이 꺼져 있었거나, 위치 정보 권한이 바뀌었거나, 전파·배터리 상태, iOS의 동작 등으로 기록이 늦어지거나 기록되지 않을 수 있습니다. 기록하지 못한 기간은 화면과 보고서에 표시하지만, 모든 누락을 감지할 수 있다고 보장하지는 않습니다.
• “도착”·“나감” 버튼으로 남긴 기록은 위치 정보를 사용하지 않는, 본인의 신고로서의 기록입니다. 나중에 추가한 기록이나 고친 시각과 함께, 자동 기록과 구별하여 표시합니다.
• 기기의 시각은 이용자가 바꿀 수 있으므로, 본 앱의 기록은 변조되지 않았음을 증명하지 않습니다.

• 本应用记录的是“在工作地点的时间”，并非实际工作的时间本身。休息、因私外出等时间，请您自行扣除。
• 自动记录使用 iPhone 的定位功能（当您进入或离开所登记工作地点周围的圆形区域时，由 iOS 通知本应用）。离开的检测可能延迟几分钟到十几分钟。因此，本应用将离开时间记录为“最后确认您在工作地点的时间”。
• 工作地点圆形区域的大小在实际使用中约为 100 米以上，无法区分同一栋楼的不同楼层或相邻的建筑物。
• 在设备关机、定位权限变更，或因信号、电池状态、iOS 的运行等原因，记录可能延迟或缺失。本应用会在画面和报告中标示未能记录的期间，但不保证能检测出所有缺失。
• 通过“到达”“离开”按钮添加的记录不使用定位，属于您本人申报的记录。这些记录与事后补充的记录、修改过的时间一起，与自动记录区分显示。
• 由于用户可以更改设备时间，本应用的记录不能证明其未被篡改。

• 本アプリは、ご自身が設定した所定の時間・割増率・時給と、国や地域ごとの初期値をもとに、時間外・深夜の時間と、時間外の金額の概算を表示します。
• 金額は参考値です。実際の賃金は、就業規則・雇用契約・労使の協定、勤務の形態（変形労働時間制・裁量労働制・管理監督者など）、すでに支払われた額などによって異なります。本アプリの金額は、未払いの賃金の額や、支払いを求められる額を示すものではありません。
• 初期値は、開発者が法令の本文で確かめた時点の内容です。その後の法令の改正、地域・業種ごとの例外、事業所の規模による適用の除外（例: 韓国の常時 4 人以下の事業場）などを反映していないことがあります。ご自身の状況に合わせて設定を確かめてください。
• 時給が入っていない場合は、金額を表示しません。開発者が初期値を確かめていない国・地域では、ご自身で割増率を入れた場合にだけ金額を表示します。

• Based on the scheduled hours, premium rates, and hourly wage you set, together with default values for each country or region, the App shows overtime and night hours and an estimate of overtime pay.
• Amounts are for reference only. Actual wages depend on your work rules, employment contract, labor-management agreements, your working arrangement (such as variable working hours, discretionary work, or managerial positions), amounts already paid, and other factors. The App’s amounts do not indicate unpaid wages or any amount you are entitled to claim.
• Default values reflect the laws as the developer checked them in their official text at a certain point in time. They may not reflect later amendments, exceptions for particular regions or industries, or exemptions based on workplace size (for example, workplaces in Korea that regularly employ four or fewer people). Please check that the settings match your situation.
• No amount is shown if you have not entered an hourly wage. In countries and regions where the developer has not verified the default values, an amount is shown only if you enter a premium rate yourself.

• 본 앱은 본인이 설정한 소정 근로시간·가산율·시급과 국가·지역별 초깃값을 바탕으로, 연장·야간 근로 시간과 연장 근로 수당의 추정 금액을 표시합니다.
• 금액은 참고값입니다. 실제 임금은 취업규칙·근로계약·노사 합의, 근무 형태(탄력적 근로시간제·재량근로·관리감독자 등), 이미 지급된 금액 등에 따라 다릅니다. 본 앱의 금액은 체불 임금의 액수나 청구할 수 있는 금액을 나타내지 않습니다.
• 초깃값은 개발자가 법령 본문으로 확인한 시점의 내용입니다. 이후의 법령 개정, 지역·업종별 예외, 사업장 규모에 따른 적용 제외(예: 한국의 상시 4명 이하 사업장) 등을 반영하지 않을 수 있습니다. 본인의 상황에 맞게 설정을 확인해 주십시오.
• 시급이 입력되지 않은 경우에는 금액을 표시하지 않습니다. 개발자가 초깃값을 확인하지 않은 국가·지역에서는 본인이 가산율을 입력한 경우에만 금액을 표시합니다.

• 本应用根据您设置的标准工作时间、加班费率、时薪以及各国家或地区的默认值，显示加班和夜间工作的时间，以及加班费的估算金额。
• 金额仅供参考。实际工资因规章制度、劳动合同、劳资协议、工作形式（如综合计算工时工作制、不定时工作制、管理岗位等）以及已支付的金额等而异。本应用显示的金额并不代表欠付工资的数额或您可以主张的金额。
• 默认值是开发者在某一时点根据法律条文确认的内容，可能未反映此后的法律修订、地区或行业的例外，以及因用人单位规模而不适用的情况（例如韩国常时雇用 4 人以下的用人单位）。请根据自身情况确认设置。
• 未输入时薪时，不显示金额。在开发者未确认默认值的国家或地区，只有在您自行输入加班费率后才显示金额。

• 報告書と CSV は、ご自身の記録をまとめたものです。法的な証拠として扱われることを保証するものではありません。労働基準監督署への相談、労働審判、訴訟などの公的な手続きでどのように扱われるかは、相手方や機関の判断になります。
• 報告書には職場の登録名と時刻を載せ、職場の住所や位置の座標は載せません。
• 報告書や CSV を誰に渡すか、どの方法で送るかは、ご自身で判断してください。送った先での扱いに、開発者は関与できません。
• 賃金の請求や会社との話し合いを考えている場合は、事前に専門家にご相談ください（例: 労働基準監督署、都道府県労働局の総合労働相談コーナー、法テラス、弁護士、社会保険労務士）。

• Reports and CSV files are summaries of your own records. There is no guarantee that they will be treated as legal evidence. How they are treated in official proceedings — such as consultations with labor authorities, labor tribunals, or lawsuits — is up to the other party or the authority concerned.
• Reports include your workplace’s registered name and times; they do not include its address or location coordinates.
• You decide to whom you give reports and CSV files and how you send them. The developer has no involvement in how they are handled after you send them.
• If you are considering claiming wages or negotiating with your employer, please consult a professional first — for example, a lawyer or your local labor authority (in the United States, the U.S. Department of Labor’s Wage and Hour Division or your state labor department).

• 보고서와 CSV는 본인의 기록을 정리한 것입니다. 법적 증거로 취급된다고 보장하지 않습니다. 노동 관서 상담, 노동 분쟁 절차, 소송 등 공적 절차에서 어떻게 취급될지는 상대방이나 기관의 판단에 따릅니다.
• 보고서에는 직장의 등록 이름과 시각을 싣고, 직장의 주소나 위치 좌표는 싣지 않습니다.
• 보고서와 CSV를 누구에게, 어떤 방법으로 보낼지는 본인이 판단해 주십시오. 보낸 곳에서의 취급에 개발자는 관여할 수 없습니다.
• 임금 청구나 회사와의 협의를 생각하고 있다면 미리 전문가와 상담해 주십시오(예: 고용노동부 지방고용노동관서, 대한법률구조공단, 변호사, 공인노무사).

• 报告和 CSV 是对您本人记录的汇总，不保证会被作为法律证据对待。在向劳动部门咨询、劳动争议仲裁、诉讼等正式程序中如何对待，由对方或相关机构判断。
• 报告中载有工作地点的登记名称和时间，不载有工作地点的地址或位置坐标。
• 报告和 CSV 交给谁、以何种方式发送，请您自行判断。对于发送后对方如何处理，开发者无法干预。
• 如您考虑主张工资或与公司协商，请事先咨询专业人士（例如当地劳动保障监察机构、劳动人事争议仲裁委员会、法律援助机构、律师）。

• Pro で使える機能: 出退勤の自動記録、全期間の記録の閲覧、報告書（PDF）の出力と共有、時間外の金額（概算）の表示。それ以外の機能（ボタンでの記録、直近 31 日の記録の閲覧、今月のまとめ、時間外・深夜の時間、報告書のプレビュー、全期間の CSV の書き出しなど）は無料です。
• Pro には、1 か月ごとと 1 年ごとの自動更新の定期購入があります。価格は購入の画面と App Store に表示され、国・地域によって異なります。
• お支払いは、購入の確定時に Apple アカウントに請求されます。
• 未成年の方は、保護者の同意を得てから購入してください。
• 定期購入は、期間が終わる 24 時間前までに解約しない限り、同じ期間で自動的に更新されます。更新の料金は、期間が終わる前の 24 時間以内に請求されます。
• 解約や、1 か月ごと・1 年ごとの切り替えは、iPhone の「設定」→ ご自身の名前 →「サブスクリプション」から、いつでもできます（本アプリの設定の「定期購入を管理」からも開けます）。解約しても、その期間が終わるまでは Pro を使えます。本アプリを削除しても、定期購入は解約されません。
• 無料期間を設ける場合は、その長さと終わったあとの価格を購入の画面に表示します。無料期間のうちに解約すれば、料金はかかりません。
• 返金は Apple の定めに従います（開発者は返金の手続きをできません）。返金の申し込みは reportaproblem.apple.com から行えます。
• 機種を変えたときや本アプリを入れ直したときは、同じ Apple アカウントで「購入を復元」を押すと、Pro を引き続き使えます。
• Pro が終わっても、記録は消さずに端末に残します。自動の記録は止まり、31 日より前の記録と過去の月のまとめは見られなくなりますが、Pro を再開すれば見られます。全期間の CSV の書き出しは、Pro がなくても行えます。
• 価格を変えることがあります。すでに定期購入している方の価格を上げる場合は、Apple の仕組みに従ってお知らせし、必要な場合は同意を求めます。

• Pro features: automatic arrival and departure recording, viewing records for all periods, exporting and sharing reports (PDF), and showing overtime pay estimates. Other features — such as recording with the buttons, viewing the most recent 31 days, this month’s summary, overtime and night hours, report previews, and CSV export of all records — are free.
• Pro is available as monthly and yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. Prices are shown on the purchase screen and in the App Store and vary by country or region.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• If you are a minor, please obtain the consent of your parent or guardian before purchasing.
• The subscription automatically renews for the same period unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is billed within the 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can cancel, or switch between monthly and yearly, at any time in Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions on your iPhone (you can also open it from “Manage subscription” in the App’s settings). If you cancel, you can keep using Pro until the end of the current period. Deleting the App does not cancel your subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, its length and the price after it ends are shown on the purchase screen. If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged.
• Refunds are handled according to Apple’s rules; the developer cannot process refunds. You can request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• When you change devices or reinstall the App, tap “Restore purchases” with the same Apple Account to continue using Pro.
• When Pro ends, your records are not deleted and stay on your device. Automatic recording stops, and records older than 31 days and summaries of past months are hidden; they become visible again if you resume Pro. CSV export of all records remains available without Pro.
• Prices may change. If the price for existing subscribers increases, you will be notified through Apple’s system and, where required, asked for your consent.

• Pro 기능: 출퇴근 자동 기록, 전체 기간의 기록 열람, 보고서(PDF) 내보내기와 공유, 연장 근로 수당 추정 금액 표시. 그 밖의 기능(버튼으로 기록, 최근 31일 기록 열람, 이번 달 요약, 연장·야간 근로 시간, 보고서 미리 보기, 전체 기록의 CSV 내보내기 등)은 무료입니다.
• Pro에는 1개월 단위와 1년 단위의 자동 갱신 구독이 있습니다. 가격은 구매 화면과 App Store에 표시되며, 국가·지역에 따라 다릅니다.
• 요금은 구매를 확정할 때 Apple 계정으로 청구됩니다.
• 미성년자는 법정대리인(보호자)의 동의를 받은 후 구매해 주십시오.
• 구독은 현재 기간이 끝나기 최소 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 같은 기간으로 자동 갱신됩니다. 갱신 요금은 현재 기간이 끝나기 전 24시간 이내에 청구됩니다.
• 해지나 월간·연간 전환은 iPhone의 설정 > [사용자 이름] > 구독에서 언제든지 할 수 있습니다(본 앱 설정의 “구독 관리”에서도 열 수 있습니다). 해지해도 현재 기간이 끝날 때까지는 Pro를 이용할 수 있습니다. 본 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 해지되지 않습니다.
• 무료 체험을 제공하는 경우, 그 기간과 종료 후 가격을 구매 화면에 표시합니다. 무료 체험 기간 중에 해지하면 요금이 부과되지 않습니다.
• 환불은 Apple의 규정에 따릅니다(개발자는 환불을 처리할 수 없습니다). 환불 신청은 reportaproblem.apple.com에서 할 수 있습니다.
• 기기를 바꾸거나 본 앱을 다시 설치한 경우, 같은 Apple 계정으로 “구매 복원”을 누르면 Pro를 계속 이용할 수 있습니다.
• Pro가 끝나도 기록은 삭제하지 않고 기기에 남겨 둡니다. 자동 기록은 멈추고, 31일보다 이전의 기록과 지난달 요약은 볼 수 없게 되지만, Pro를 다시 시작하면 볼 수 있습니다. 전체 기록의 CSV 내보내기는 Pro 없이도 할 수 있습니다.
• 가격을 변경할 수 있습니다. 이미 구독 중인 분의 가격을 올리는 경우 Apple의 방식에 따라 알리고, 필요한 경우 동의를 구합니다.

• Pro 功能：自动记录上下班、查看全部期间的记录、导出和共享报告（PDF）、显示加班费估算金额。其他功能（通过按钮记录、查看最近 31 天的记录、本月汇总、加班和夜间工作的时间、报告预览、导出全部记录的 CSV 等）均为免费。
• Pro 提供按月和按年的自动续期订阅。价格显示在购买画面和 App Store 中，因国家或地区而异。
• 确认购买时，费用将从您的 Apple 账户中扣除。
• 未成年人请在取得监护人同意后再购买。
• 除非在当前周期结束前至少 24 小时取消，否则订阅将按相同周期自动续期。续期费用将在当前周期结束前 24 小时内收取。
• 您可以随时在 iPhone 的“设置”>[您的姓名]>“订阅”中取消订阅，或在按月与按年之间切换（也可以从本应用设置中的“管理订阅”打开）。取消后，在当前周期结束前仍可使用 Pro。删除本应用并不会取消订阅。
• 如提供免费试用，购买画面会显示试用期长度及试用结束后的价格。在免费试用期内取消，不会产生费用。
• 退款按照 Apple 的规定处理（开发者无法办理退款）。您可以在 reportaproblem.apple.com 申请退款。
• 更换设备或重新安装本应用时，使用同一 Apple 账户轻点“恢复购买”，即可继续使用 Pro。
• Pro 结束后，记录不会被删除，仍保留在设备中。自动记录会停止，31 天以前的记录和以往月份的汇总将无法查看，但重新开通 Pro 后即可再次查看。即使没有 Pro，也可以导出全部记录的 CSV。
• 价格可能会调整。若对已订阅用户提价，将按照 Apple 的机制通知，并在必要时征求您的同意。

本アプリを使うにあたり、次のことをしないでください。

• ほかの人の端末に本アプリを入れるなどして、その人の同意なく、その人の位置や出入りを記録すること
• 法令や公序良俗に反する目的で使うこと
• 記録を事実と異なる内容に変えて、第三者を欺くために使うこと
• 本アプリを改変・複製・再配布すること、または法令で認められる範囲を超えて解析すること
• 開発者や第三者の権利・利益を害すること

When using the App, please do not:

• record another person’s location or comings and goings without their consent, for example by installing the App on their device;
• use the App for purposes that violate laws or public order and morals;
• alter records so that they differ from the facts and use them to deceive others;
• modify, copy, or redistribute the App, or analyze it beyond what the law permits; or
• harm the rights or interests of the developer or any third party.

본 앱을 이용할 때 다음 행위를 하지 마십시오.

• 다른 사람의 기기에 본 앱을 설치하는 등의 방법으로, 그 사람의 동의 없이 그 사람의 위치나 출입을 기록하는 것
• 법령이나 공공질서·미풍양속에 반하는 목적으로 이용하는 것
• 기록을 사실과 다른 내용으로 바꾸어 다른 사람을 속이는 데 이용하는 것
• 본 앱을 변경·복제·재배포하거나, 법령이 허용하는 범위를 넘어 분석하는 것
• 개발자나 제3자의 권리·이익을 해치는 것

使用本应用时，请勿进行以下行为：

• 通过在他人设备上安装本应用等方式，未经本人同意记录其位置或出入情况
• 用于违反法律法规或公序良俗的目的
• 将记录篡改为与事实不符的内容，并用于欺骗他人
• 修改、复制、再分发本应用，或在法律允许的范围之外对其进行分析
• 损害开发者或第三方的权利或利益

• 記録は、ご自身の iPhone の中にだけ保存します。開発者はサーバーもアカウントも持たないため、記録を預かったり、なくした記録を元に戻したりすることはできません。
• 端末の故障・紛失・初期化や、本アプリの削除によって、記録が失われることがあります。大切な記録は、CSV や報告書に書き出して、ご自身で保管してください。
• iPhone のバックアップ（iCloud やパソコン）を使っている場合、本アプリのデータもバックアップに含まれることがあります。バックアップからの復元は Apple の仕組みによるもので、開発者は復元できることを保証しません。

• Records are stored only on your own iPhone. Because the developer has no servers or accounts, the developer cannot keep your records for you or restore records that have been lost.
• Records may be lost if your device breaks, is lost, or is reset, or if you delete the App. Please export important records as CSV files or reports and keep them yourself.
• If you use iPhone backups (iCloud or a computer), the App’s data may be included in those backups. Restoring from a backup is handled by Apple’s system, and the developer does not guarantee that it will succeed.

• 기록은 본인의 iPhone 안에만 저장합니다. 개발자는 서버도 계정도 두지 않으므로 기록을 보관해 드리거나 잃어버린 기록을 되살릴 수 없습니다.
• 기기 고장·분실·초기화나 본 앱 삭제로 기록이 사라질 수 있습니다. 중요한 기록은 CSV나 보고서로 내보내 직접 보관해 주십시오.
• iPhone 백업(iCloud 또는 컴퓨터)을 사용하는 경우 본 앱의 데이터도 백업에 포함될 수 있습니다. 백업에서의 복원은 Apple의 방식에 따르며, 개발자는 복원이 가능하다고 보장하지 않습니다.

• 记录仅保存在您自己的 iPhone 中。由于开发者不设服务器和账户，无法替您保管记录，也无法恢复已丢失的记录。
• 设备故障、丢失、重置或删除本应用，都可能导致记录丢失。重要的记录请导出为 CSV 或报告，并自行保存。
• 如您使用 iPhone 备份（iCloud 或电脑），本应用的数据也可能包含在备份中。从备份恢复由 Apple 的机制处理，开发者不保证能够恢复。

• 本アプリは、提供する時点の状態のまま提供します。開発者は、記録が完全であること、正確であること、特定の目的（手続き・交渉・請求など）に役立つこと、不具合が起きないことを保証しません。
• 本アプリの記録・概算・報告書をもとにした判断や行動の結果は、ご自身の責任となります。

• The App is provided as is. The developer does not guarantee that records are complete or accurate, that the App will be useful for any particular purpose (such as proceedings, negotiations, or claims), or that it will be free of defects.
• You are responsible for the results of decisions and actions you take based on the App’s records, estimates, or reports.

• 본 앱은 제공 시점의 상태 그대로 제공됩니다. 개발자는 기록이 완전하거나 정확하다는 것, 특정 목적(절차·협상·청구 등)에 도움이 된다는 것, 오류가 발생하지 않는다는 것을 보증하지 않습니다.
• 본 앱의 기록·추정·보고서를 바탕으로 한 판단이나 행동의 결과는 본인의 책임입니다.

• 本应用按提供时的现状提供。开发者不保证记录完整或准确、对特定目的（如各类程序、协商、主张权利等）有用，也不保证不出现故障。
• 依据本应用的记录、估算或报告所作判断或行动的后果，由您自行承担。

• 本アプリの利用に関して利用者に損害が生じた場合、開発者の故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、開発者の責任は、利用者に現実に生じた通常の損害に限られ、その額は、損害の原因となった出来事の前の 12 か月に利用者が Pro に支払った料金の額（支払いがない場合は 1,000 円に相当する額）を上限とします。
• 前の項目は、お住まいの国・地域の法令（日本の消費者契約法など）で認められない範囲では適用されません。

• If you suffer damage in connection with your use of the App, except in cases of the developer’s willful misconduct or gross negligence, the developer’s liability is limited to ordinary damages actually incurred, up to the amount you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage (or the equivalent of JPY 1,000 if you have paid nothing).
• The preceding item does not apply to the extent it is not permitted by the laws of your country or region (such as Japan’s Consumer Contract Act).

• 본 앱 이용과 관련하여 이용자에게 손해가 발생한 경우, 개발자의 고의 또는 중대한 과실에 의한 경우를 제외하고, 개발자의 책임은 이용자에게 실제로 발생한 통상의 손해에 한정되며, 손해의 원인이 된 사건 이전 12개월 동안 이용자가 Pro에 지급한 요금(지급한 금액이 없는 경우 1,000엔에 상당하는 금액)을 한도로 합니다.
• 앞의 항목은 이용자가 거주하는 국가·지역의 법령(일본의 소비자계약법 등)이 허용하지 않는 범위에서는 적용되지 않습니다.

• 因使用本应用给用户造成损害的，除开发者存在故意或重大过失的情形外，开发者的责任仅限于用户实际遭受的通常损害，并以造成损害的事件发生前 12 个月内用户为 Pro 支付的费用（未支付费用的，为相当于 1,000 日元的金额）为上限。
• 在您所在国家或地区的法律（如日本《消费者合同法》）不允许的范围内，上一项不适用。

開発者は、本アプリの機能を変えたり、提供を終えたりすることがあります。Pro の提供を終える場合は、できる限り事前に、このページなどでお知らせします。

The developer may change the App’s features or stop providing the App. If Pro is to be discontinued, the developer will announce it in advance on this page or by other means wherever possible.

개발자는 본 앱의 기능을 바꾸거나 제공을 종료할 수 있습니다. Pro의 제공을 종료하는 경우 가능한 한 미리 이 페이지 등에서 알립니다.

开发者可能变更本应用的功能或终止提供本应用。若终止提供 Pro，将尽可能事先在本页面等处通知。

開発者は、次のいずれかに当たる場合に、本規約を変えることがあります。

• 変更が、利用者の一般の利益に合うとき
• 変更が本規約の目的に反せず、変更の必要性、変更後の内容の相当性などに照らして合理的なとき

本規約を変える場合は、変更後の内容と、変更が効力を持つ日を、その日より前にこのページに載せてお知らせします。

The developer may change these Terms in either of the following cases:

• when the change is in the general interest of users; or
• when the change does not conflict with the purpose of these Terms and is reasonable in light of the need for the change, the appropriateness of the revised content, and other circumstances.

When changing these Terms, the developer will post the revised Terms and their effective date on this page before that date.

개발자는 다음 중 하나에 해당하는 경우 본 약관을 변경할 수 있습니다.

• 변경이 이용자 일반의 이익에 맞는 경우
• 변경이 본 약관의 목적에 반하지 않고, 변경의 필요성, 변경 후 내용의 상당성 등에 비추어 합리적인 경우

본 약관을 변경하는 경우 변경 후의 내용과 효력 발생일을 그날 이전에 이 페이지에 게시하여 알립니다.

在以下任一情形下，开发者可能变更本条款：

• 变更符合用户的一般利益；
• 变更不违背本条款的目的，并且根据变更的必要性、变更后内容的适当性等情况是合理的。

变更本条款时，将在生效日之前于本页面公布变更后的内容及生效日。

• 本規約は日本の法令に従って解釈します。ただし、お住まいの国・地域の消費者を守る法令で認められた権利を妨げるものではありません。
• 本規約は日本語・英語・韓国語・中国語（簡体字）で示します。内容に違いがある場合は日本語の文が優先します。ただし、お住まいの国・地域の法令がほかの定めを求める場合は、その定めに従います。

• These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. However, this does not affect any rights you have under the consumer protection laws of your country or region.
• These Terms are provided in Japanese, English, Korean, and Simplified Chinese. If there is any inconsistency, the Japanese version prevails, unless the laws of your country or region require otherwise.

• 본 약관은 일본 법령에 따라 해석됩니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가·지역의 소비자 보호 법령이 인정하는 권리를 방해하지 않습니다.
• 본 약관은 일본어·영어·한국어·중국어(간체)로 제공됩니다. 내용에 차이가 있는 경우 일본어판이 우선합니다. 다만 이용자가 거주하는 국가·지역의 법령이 달리 정하는 경우에는 그에 따릅니다.

• 本条款依照日本法律解释。但这不影响您根据所在国家或地区的消费者保护法律享有的权利。
• 本条款以日语、英语、韩语和简体中文提供。各版本内容不一致时，以日语版为准；但您所在国家或地区的法律另有规定的，从其规定。
